Chris (Mac) launched a consulting company!

I am happy to inform you that I have transitioned from my previous career as the Chief Executive Officer at a 4-county local government agency and launched my own company… a leadership and management consulting company.

The company name is 10X Leadership Consulting.

So, what exactly do we do? I am glad you asked. 😊

We are a consultant firm that is highly skilled at identifying and diagnosing leadership issues that impede the development and growth of companies, agencies, non-profits, municipality, or educational institutions. All the afore mentioned barriers have a negative impact on the bottom-line (i.e., citizen’s satisfaction, revenue, student enrollment, collaboration, etc.). By focusing on leadership, we help them to better lead their greatest resource… their people. When their people prosper, EVERYTHING prospers

We also excel at identifying strategy, cultural, and teamwork challenges, process improvements and helping them to breakdown silos which hinders if not completely shuts down communication.
