  • This workshop offers an introduction to what is required to create a high-performance culture. Many desire a high-performance culture but it is hard to develop and maintain. There are 8 critical ingredients to create the environment for this type of culture to develop and thrive. This is a great introductory course prior to signing up for Building a High-Performance Culture.

  • Everything rises and falls on leadership, because as the leader goes, so goes the organization. Having a leader that is trustworthy and one technically skilled is vitally important to organizational outcomes. When employees have high trust in their leader a “safe zone” is created that facilitates vulnerability, creativity and problem solving amongst other things. This workshop will show you what you should look for in your leaders at all levels of your organization. You will be better equipped to know who you should promote.

Having a leader that cannot be trusted but is technically skilled leads to some very negative long-term outcomes despite any short-term gains an organization may see.
